Welcome to Nourly. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, marketplace, concierge support, and related services. By using Nourly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the services.
Nourly operates as a curated marketplace and concierge. We match you with wellness retreats and services offered by partners; in many cases, we do not provide the retreat services ourselves.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nourly.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information when making inquiries or bookings.
Nourly is not a medical provider. Always consult your clinician before starting any wellness, fitness, or nutrition program.
Marketplace and concierge
We surface curated retreats, help match you to options, and can facilitate bookings with partner properties and practitioners.
Partner-delivered experiences
Retreats, accommodations, treatments, and on-site services are provided by partners, not by Nourly, unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
Information and guidance
Content on our site (articles, program descriptions, recommendations) is for informational purposes only and not medical advice.
Availability, rates, inclusions, and taxes are set by partners and may change until your booking is confirmed.
Special requests (dietary, accessibility, room type) are subject to partner approval and availability.
Payment terms, deposits, and settlement methods may differ by partner. We will share the applicable terms before you confirm.
By confirming a booking, you authorize Nourly and the partner to process the applicable charges using the payment method you provide.
Each partner sets its own cancellation, change, and no-show policies. We will surface the relevant policy before you finalize a booking.
Fees for cancellations, date changes, or no-shows are determined by the partner’s policy. Where we can, we will help you understand options and next steps.
If a partner must modify or cancel a stay (for example, operational issues or force majeure), remedies will follow the partner’s policy; Nourly is not liable for partner-controlled changes.
Do not misuse the site (e.g., security probing, scraping without consent, or interfering with service availability).
Do not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
Only submit information that is yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks on Nourly are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written permission.
Nourly may include links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
Nourly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, nor outcomes from retreat experiences delivered by partners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourly’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 200. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend and indemnify Nourly against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that creates risk for Nourly or others. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Dubai, UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
